Rep. Bruce Chandler tells KIT he doubts the carbon tax has votes to pass


Rep. Bruce Chandler, R-Granger, says he doubts the governor's proposed carbon tax has enough votes to pass both chambers this year, but thinks the state's voters may determine whether it eventually becomes law. Chandler also discusses a fish habitat protection bill, the impact of recently approved legislation addressing rural well water rights, funding for K-12 education and the biggest challenge he sees facing colleges and universities.
